Mo' Bay Escape

For this trip we decided to stay at the all-inclusive Suncscape Resorts & Spa. Sunscape has several resorts located in Jamaica, Mexico, Curacao, and The Dominican Republic. The property we stayed on is located on a secluded peninsula in Montego Bay, with over 1,800 feet of  blue beach overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

When we entered the room it was very bright and welcoming.

We stayed on the 8th deck that overlooked the ocean.

The property offers 24-hour access to food and beverage options both domestic and international. There are three fine dine restaurants but only two where available (Italian, and Chinese.)

I cannot remember the name of this Italian dish, but it was very tasty.

 I ended my meal with this delicious blueberry cheesecake.

On the following night

 the egg roll, and sushi appetizers really set the stage for the main dish

 This sweet and sour chicken was very delicious, and spot on to what I have experienced in the states.

This fried banana dessert was also very tasty and a 1st for me

 The resort also has a buffet that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I personally loved the buffet for breakfast (even though it was the only option for breakfast).  The buffet offered a variety of traditional Jamaican breakfast food. Jamaican food was also served for lunch and dinner, but instead I took advantage of all the other food options on the property.

Ackee & codfish with callaloo, and fried dumplins.
 I washed it down with some refreshing pineapple juice.

As for the other food options, the resort has a grill side option that serves burgers, fries, nachos, hot dogs, and hamburgers. There is also a café that stayed open 24hrs serving coffee, tea, fruit, sandwiches, and pastries.
