Question: Does success lead to happiness?
Nope, happiness leads success.
Here's why.....
"The happier you are the more likely you are to achieve all of your goals."
At one point in time we used to think that having a great job, receiving promotions, and advances
were the precursors for happiness; however, that has been found to be not true.
According to positive psychologist pioneer Sonja Lyubomirsky, Ph.D., and Ed Diener, Ph.D
A positive well-being and mood leads to great work performance, productivity, and success.
The key.... is to harness a positive mood, attitude, and mindset.
Here are 10 ways that you can attain a positive mood:
1. Get ample sleep. Aim for a minimum of seven hours.
2. Meditate in the morning for about 10-15 mins.
3. Drink plenty of water with lemon
4. Eat foods reasonably, that are high in protein and low in sugar

5. Exercise.
Did you know that exercise is the single best intervention for improving your mood (outside of professional therapy). Working out releases endorphins, feel-good chemicals that can have an immediate uplifting effect.

6. Listen to uplifting music
7. Journal
8. Do something you enjoy
9. Surround yourself with positive people
10. Celebrate yourself
By doing this list you can very well harness and positive mood,
but what do you do when you are surrounded by negativity?
Solution: Try to remove yourself from the situation.
Detonate bad vibes by stepping or moving away. Do not encourage toxic or depressing debates.
People are going to be people. Do not try to control them. You can only control yourself.
What makes you stand apart is how you respond to certain situations and/or circumstances.

Now, we all are human and it is not always easy-peasy to stay positive all of the time
but guess what....
overtime you-can and will develop the skill to disregard negativity.
Peace brings positivity, which increases productivity and creativity.
"Happiness is the cause of hard meaningful work, not the result."
